Crestmoor is bordered by 6th Avenue to the North,  Alameda/1st Avenue to the South, Monaco Parkway to the East, and Holly  Street to the West.

Denver’s Crestmoor neighborhood is located adjacent to Mayfair and  Hilltop in a desirable area featuring a variety of historic homes and  new construction.  Crestmoor includes older neo-classic, colonial, and  Tudor mansions, plus traditional ranch style homes and split-level  residences.

Crestmoor is characterized by mostly single-family homes nestled  along wide boulevards with mature trees and manicured lawns.  The area  offers a calm, quiet environment in the midst of major thoroughfares.

The centerpiece of Crestmoor is the sprawling Crestmoor Park, which  includes a softball field, soccer field, and tennis court.  It’s a  wonderful field of green that’s perfect for jogging, walking the dog,  tossing around a football or frisbee, or a Sunday afternoon picnic.

There are a variety of shops and eateries, plus excellent access to  Cherry Creek North and the Cherry Creek Shopping Center showcasing a  wide variety of boutiques, salons, restaurants, and upscale department  stores.
